Keeping up the smile

In order for your students to be happy the teacher MUST maintain a happy classroom. After spending over 6 years in public schools I have seen happy classrooms and not so happy ones. The one thing I have discovered is in order to have kids that look forward to learning in your class, you have to make it a learning environment that meets thier interests as well as your own objectives. Finding that "happy" medium is where it becomes a challange.

    I believe you are right with the unhappy classrooms and unhappy students. Maybe you will be that one teacher in a school system that makes all the difference and can touch on each learning ability.
